Recipe:
1 packet @Betul_fit Bhajia Premix
1 tsp baking powder
3 green chillies, thinly chopped
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup coriander, chopped
1/4 cup water, or as required
Odourless coconut oil, for frying
Directions:
Step 1: In a bowl empty the Bhajia premix.
Step 2: Mix the chopped green chillies, carrots, spinach, onion, coriander in the premix.
Step 3: Gradually add water and mix until thick batter is formed. Do not leave the batter and vegetable mixture for too long before cooking.
Step 4: In frying pan, heat odourless coconut oil. Test your oil is not too hot by dropping a little batter into the oil.
Step 5: Carefully drop in spoonful of the mixture into the oil and fry until golden brown. Do not overcrowd the wok.
Step 6: Remove from oil and set on some kitchen paper.
Step 7: Serve with a dip of your choice!
