Application:

Use mornings and evenings if you have oily skin. For alternative skin types, use 1-2 times a week as an exfoliator. Pour a little cleanser into the palm of your hand and work up a foamy lather with warm water. Apply generously over your face, lather the cleanser up again, then rinse off with plenty of water
