Juniper Berry

Taken from the berry of a coniferous tree, Juniper Berry essential oil offers superb benefits and can also be used to freshen the air. The oil helps to support healthy kidney and urinary tract function. Juniper Berry acts as natural skin toner and reduces the appearance of skin blemishes. Uses

• Add a drop of doTERRA Juniper Berry to water or citrus drinks for a boost of flavour.
• Diffuse doTERRA Juniper Berry Essential Oil with citrus oils for a refreshing, clean aroma.
• Combine with 125ml water and use as an oral rinse to help keep gums, teeth and mouth looking clean and healthy.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Food Flavour Use: Dilute one drop in 120 mL of liquid.
