Malwa Pudding Premix

INGREDIENTS:

Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Erythritol, Caramel Flavour, Caramel Chips, Baking Powder, Salt

Serving 200g

Nutritional Values per 40g: Fats: 15.5g, Carbs: 5.2g, Protein: 5.4g, Sugars: 2.1g, Cals: 180kCal.

Nutritional Values per 100g: Fats: 38.75g, Carbs: 13.0g, Protein: 13.5g, Sugars: 5.25g, Cals: 450kCal.

Recipe:

1 packet of @Betul_fit Malva Pudding Premix

5 large eggs

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Spray & Cook or extra coconut oil

Directions:

1.Beat eggs and mix together wet ingredients to add to the @Betul_fit Malva Pudding Premix

2.Place the premix in a greased 8×4-inch (450g) loaf pan

3.Bake for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees Celcius and serve with custard

4.Store in airtight container once cooled and keep refrigerated for maximum freshness
